Matt, KSI UK 7, has been awarded as KSI's Member of The Month for January 2012.  Being awarded such honor, we decided to sit down in a Xbox Live party and interview him about his KSI Experience, and just about himself in general.

Q: Matt; what is it like to be KSI Member of The Month?

It's great! wasn't expecting it but you know i mean it's good to be member of the month, good to have, because it wasn't something i was trying to work for.. I was just doing what i usually do, help things grow, be successful, etc., and then people started saying "Congrats!" and I didn't even know why....

Q: How long have you been in KSI?

Well, I joined KSI on April 2nd, 2011. Exactly. 

Q: How are you doing in KSI so far?

 It's going great. I'm Co-Founder of Lost Empires, as well as being a member of the Events Team, and the Productions Team. I'm currently working hard on trying to get things going in the Productions team and keep my role as Events Officer in the Events Team.

Q: Are you satisfied with where  you are at in KSI now?

Definitely! I'm division leader of LE, and I feel it's the best place to be right now. We may not have the most members, but we're sort of like a family... it feels as if i'm surrounded by family when i'm with my Division's members and Staff.

Q: What are you doing to improve your Leadership skills in KSI?

Well, i'm trying to balance myself between being a strict leader, and being fun at the same time. I'm also trying to be more interactive with our members and lower ranked members. Back when I first joined,  I never really contacted the members who had just joined and the lower ranked members, so I'm working on improving that while getting to know all of LE's members and lower ranked members. 

Q: Why did you ever end up joining KSI?

Well, I hadn't ever really heard of KSI before. I was playing Match Making on Halo and a KSI member was in my lobby. He started talking to me and filled me in on how KSI is and their aspects and all of that, and It just kind of interested me. 

Q: Tell Us About Yourself..

• Student in College.
• 18 years old.
• Really social person
• Doesn't like arguing - Tries avoiding conflict unless it's absolutely necessary.
• Loves to Snowboard, tries doing it at least twice a year.
• Favorite Color: Tossup between Green & Blue, but preferrably Blue.
• Bra Size is 32D.
